Intellectual Property & User Content Policy

THE DLVRD (www.thedlvrd.com) honors and protects both our original God-given creative works and the rights of others. By using our site, submitting content, or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

You may not use any marks or similar variations in a way that may cause confusion or imply affiliation with THE DLVRD.

6. AI & Data Use Restrictions

You may not use, reproduce, scrape, or distribute any content from THE DLVRD for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models, generating derivative content, or developing competing materials.

7. Copyright & Trademark Violations

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us at customersupport@thedlvrd.com with:

  • Your contact information
  • Description of the material
  • Proof of ownership
  • A statement of unauthorized use
  • Your electronic signature

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

8. DMCA Compliance
