At THE DLVRD, we are deeply committed to curating meaningful, high-quality apparel and accessories that align with our brand mission of spiritual empowerment and intentional living. In order to maintain our creative control, premium quality, and small-batch exclusivity, many of our items are made-to-order or produced in limited custom runs.

This means your order is either handcrafted, customized, or produced in small batches after your purchase is confirmed.

Processing & Fulfillment Timeline

  • Made-to-order and custom items: Please allow 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed, created, and prepared for shipment.
  • Pre-order items: Pre-orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on production schedules and vendor turnaround times. All pre-order timelines will be clearly listed on the product page.
  • Ready-to-ship items: Some pieces may be shipped immediately within 3–5 business days, based on current inventory.

You will receive email updates regarding your order status and tracking once it ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Custom Requests & Bundles

 

Some collections and accessories may include limited-run bundles or bonus digital downloads. These are included in packaging for select purchases or can be accessed via QR code inserts.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

Due to the custom nature of most made-to-order items, all sales are final. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchase. If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damage, incorrect item), please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package via our [Contact Form].
