At THE DLVRD, many of our products are made to order and created specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, offer unique designs, and focus on intentional production rather than mass inventory.

Processing Times:

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.

Some specialty items, books, custom products, limited-edition releases, or seasonal collections may require additional processing time. Processing times may increase during holidays, promotional events, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Times:

After processing, most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on:

  • Product type

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier performance

  • Seasonal demand

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple Shipments:

Because THE DLVRD partners with multiple fulfillment providers, some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Product dimensions

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

International Shipping:

THE DLVRD currently ships to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any additional fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and are collected by the destination country when applicable.

THE DLVRD is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • International regulations

  • Import restrictions

  • Postal disruptions

  • Global shipping delays

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

THE DLVRD is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once production or shipping has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members

  • Checking nearby delivery locations

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Contacting your local post office

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at Customersupport@thedlvrd.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine available resolutions.

THE DLVRD is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to fulfill and deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Supply chain interruptions

  • Labor shortages

  • Natural disasters

  • Public emergencies
