All our products are custom-made and printed on demand. Because of this, The DLVRD does not offer returns or exchanges for reasons related to sizing, buyer’s remorse, or changes of preference.

We only offer replacements or refunds in the event of:
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Misprinted designs or manufacturing errors
- Receipt of the wrong item

If any of the above issues apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue

Approved cases will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
